Phuket Trip - 2nd Day (part I)

Had a good night sleep last night (nothing to do with the encounter with ‘ladyboys’ okay). It was so good that I skipped breakfast at the hotel coffee shop. It was a City Tour for us on the 2nd day in Phuket. Accompanied by Mrs Tan, the ever FFP (friendly, funny & pretty) tour guide of ours, the tour around Phuket was simply awesome and funtastic. I believe everyone had a great time.

Our first stop for the day was the Karon View Point and after about 15 minutes drive along winding roads, we reached the most visited viewing point in Phuket. The scenery from the top is so kewl, overlooking Kata Noi, Kata beach & Karon beach at the north. We spent a good 20 minutes relishing the moment at the top while sipping our chill young coconut drinks. Owyess..

Next stop was the snake farm located in the Phuket Shooting Range compound. We were shown and briefed on the various kinds of snakes and reptiles before the 30 minutes finale show..the infamous Phuket Cobra Show. We get the rare chance to pet a living cobra, have a close look at its teeth and most of all, witness the ‘death kiss’ with a King Cobra by the performer during the show. I called that ‘A Kiss Before Dying’ hahaha..

We spent about 1 terrifying hour inside the snake farm, and in the end, it turned out to be a very educational visit. At least now i know what not to do when come face to face with a cobra hehehe..

For the next couple of stop, i will save them for my next entry. My bolster is calling me now..it's time for bed. Gudnite peeps..
